- Cancellation of digital product purchases is generally not possible once the purchase is complete and the product has been made available for download.
- If you encounter any issues with your digital product purchase, please contact our customer support team at priya@smartlylearn.in, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Services (e.g., Online Tutoring)
- To cancel a service booking, please contact us at least 10 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 9 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds for service cancellations will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the “Refund Policy” below.

- The service is canceled by SmartlyLearn for any reason.

- Once your request is received and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
